A COMMUNITY CENTER FOR OLDER ADULTS TO ENJOY ACTIVITIES AND FRIENDSHIPS

Combines gentle yoga, chair/floor exercises and strength training intended to improve balance, mobility and endurance. Participants must be able to raise themselves independently from the floor with or without the assistance of a chair.

Qi Gong is a gentle, accessible practice that uses slow movement, natural breathing, and mindful focus to support relaxation and overall well‑being. The Redmond Senior Center is exploring interest in offering a beginner‑friendly class led by Elle, an experienced instructor with over 15 years of training in Traditional Chinese Medicine and multiple Qi Gong forms. If you'd like to participate, sign up at the front desk—14 confirmed attendees are needed to launch the class.
