Under the supervision of the Center’s Meals Manager, the Lead Cook is responsible for daily overall operations of the kitchen. Lead Cook responsibilities include supervising the food preparation and cooking, maintaining a fully stocked kitchen inventory, and complying with safety and cleanliness standards. To be successful, the Lead Cook manages kitchen staff, ensures quality and safety standards are upheld, and complies with budget requirements.
